1. Scope and product separation

This Policy applies to the Website and ADE Studio as described below. ADE-specific sections do not apply to Drug Wars Reloaded, Natural Laws: Rebirth, DigiMind, Habitra, the TCG Intelligence Platform, or another AIVenture product unless that product expressly adopts this Policy.

Drug Wars Reloaded has a separate product-specific privacy policy at /products/drug-wars-reloaded/privacy/. That policy is not replaced or amended by this Policy.

The public Website is primarily informational. It currently does not provide public user accounts or a contact-form backend and does not currently deploy advertising pixels or general-purpose analytics identified in our review. If those practices change, we will update this Policy as appropriate.

2. Information we collect

Depending on your relationship with us, we may collect:

Account and identity information

  • email address, display name, email-verification status, portal role, and password hash (not your readable password);
  • customer legal name, organization name, billing email, seat and member email addresses, and account-representative details; and
  • information you provide to verify authority, administer an account, or communicate with us.

Subscription, license, and billing information

  • plan, program, billing cadence, subscription lifecycle, seats, period-end dates, add-ons, license identifiers, seat assignments, and entitlement status;
  • Stripe customer, subscription, Price, Checkout Session, and invoice identifiers, payment status, refunds, and disputes; and
  • transaction and tax-related information needed to coordinate billing.

Stripe collects and processes payment-card details. AIVenture does not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes.

Device and service information

  • device name, operating system, Pathfinder version, installation identifier, last-seen time, activation status, and license refresh time;
  • portal events, operator actions, security events, and audit records; and
  • Stripe webhook event types and identifiers, payload digests, and processing results. We do not intentionally store raw card information in webhook records.

Support and communications

  • emails, support requests, feedback, and information you voluntarily send; and
  • diagnostic or support bundles you choose to attach. You should remove secrets and personal information that are not needed for support before sending a bundle.

Website and network information

Our hosting and security providers may automatically process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser or device type, timestamps, requested URLs, and security signals to deliver and protect the Website and services.

3. How we obtain information

We obtain information directly from you and your organization, through your use of ADE Studio, from Stripe and other service providers, and automatically from systems that operate, license, secure, and support the service.

4. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • create, authenticate, and administer Pathfinder accounts;
  • manage subscriptions, licenses, seats, devices, targets, entitlements, trials, renewals, cancellations, refunds, disputes, and support;
  • coordinate Checkout, invoicing, tax calculation, and payment status with Stripe;
  • provide, maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Website and ADE Studio;
  • detect fraud, credential abuse, unauthorized access, license misuse, and security threats;
  • communicate service, billing, security, legal, and support notices;
  • maintain audit, accounting, tax, compliance, and dispute records; and
  • comply with law and enforce our agreements.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform a contract, pursue legitimate interests such as operating and securing our services, comply with legal obligations, and, where required, with consent.

5. How we disclose information

We may disclose personal information:

  • to Stripe for Checkout, subscriptions, invoicing, payment processing, tax-related functions, refunds, disputes, and fraud prevention;
  • to Cloudflare for hosting, databases, networking, delivery, and security;
  • to email, infrastructure, support, and professional-service providers that process information for us under appropriate obligations;
  • to a customer organization and its authorized administrators for account, seat, billing, and license administration;
  • when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, enforceable requests, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or enforce agreements; and
  • in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate protections.

We do not permit service providers to use personal information for their own advertising merely because they process it for us.

6. Cookies and tracking

The Pathfinder portal uses an essential session cookie named acp_portal. It is configured as HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict, Secure in production, limited to the / path, and expires after approximately 12 hours or when you sign out. It is necessary to maintain an authenticated session.

Our reviewed Website does not currently use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, advertising cookies, or similar cross-site behavioral advertising technology. Ordinary hosting and security logs may still be processed as described above. We will update this Policy and, where required, offer appropriate choices before materially changing these practices.

7. Sale and targeted advertising

Based on our current practices, AIVenture does not sell personal information for money and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. We do not use the Website or ADE Studio to build advertising profiles. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide legally required rights.

8. Retention

The Pathfinder session cookie lasts approximately 12 hours or until sign-out. We retain other information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain the customer relationship, protect security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy accounting, tax, legal, and compliance obligations.

Retention varies by record. Account, license, subscription, invoice, refund, dispute, webhook, and audit records may be retained after an account closes when needed for those purposes. Support correspondence and diagnostic materials are retained as needed to handle the request and protect the service. We may delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until overwritten.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including hashed passwords, secure production cookies, access controls, and infrastructure protections. No service, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting account credentials, using appropriate device security, and promptly reporting suspected compromise.

10. Your choices and privacy requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you, subject to identity verification and legal, security, contractual, and operational exceptions. You may also object to or request restriction of certain processing, or request a portable copy, where applicable law provides that right.

Account and organization administrators may be able to update some information. You may cancel marketing email through its unsubscribe method, but we may still send transactional, security, billing, and legal messages.

Send requests to jamesholman@aiventure-studios.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Describe the request and the account or service involved. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify identity and authority. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Authorized agents must provide proof of authority. You may appeal a denied request by replying with “Privacy Appeal.”

We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

11. Children’s privacy

ADE Studio is a business service and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information through ADE Studio from children. If you believe a child provided such information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Other AIVenture products may have their own audience and product-specific policy.

12. International users

AIVenture is based in the United States, and personal information may be processed and stored in the United States and other locations where our providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use legally recognized transfer mechanisms or other appropriate safeguards.

13. Third-party services and links

Our services may link to or integrate with third-party services, including Stripe. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of unaffiliated third parties.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in products, providers, practices, or law. We will post the updated version and change the effective date. If a change materially affects active ADE Studio customers, we will provide reasonable notice through the account, by email, or another appropriate method where required.
