Pathfinder
Pathfinder, powered by the AIVenture Discovery Engine
Terms of Service
Effective date: August 28, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and AIVenture Studios LLC (“AIVenture,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to aiventure-studios.com (the “Website”) and, only where expressly stated, AIVenture Discovery Engine Studio and its Pathfinder licensing, account, billing, and commercial services (collectively, “ADE Studio”).
By accessing the Website, creating a Pathfinder account, signing an order form, or purchasing or using a paid ADE Studio plan, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you act for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service.
1. Scope and product separation
The general Website provisions of these Terms apply to the Website. Sections that discuss Pathfinder accounts, seats, targets, subscriptions, Stripe Checkout, licenses, or ADE-generated output apply only to ADE Studio and Pathfinder commercial services.
These Terms do not create subscription, billing, licensing, refund, or data-processing terms for Drug Wars Reloaded, Natural Laws: Rebirth, DigiMind, Habitra, the TCG Intelligence Platform, or any other AIVenture product unless that product expressly links to and adopts these Terms. Drug Wars Reloaded has a separate product-specific privacy policy. Product-specific terms, store terms, order forms, or written agreements control if they expressly conflict with these Terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Pathfinder is intended for business use. Registration may require an email already associated with an AIVenture commercial customer record.
You must provide accurate information, keep it current, protect your password and authentication methods, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that your users comply with these Terms. You may not share credentials or circumvent seat, device, target, or entitlement limits.
3. ADE Studio license and commercial rights
Subject to timely payment and these Terms, AIVenture grants the customer a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable license during the applicable subscription term to install and use the licensed ADE Studio software and services for the customer’s internal business purposes.
Software is licensed, not sold. Access is limited by the plan, paid seats, activated devices, included Automation Targets, purchased add-ons, subscription status, and any order form. A subscription does not transfer ownership of ADE Studio or any AIVenture technology.
Community and Enterprise offerings, if displayed, are not self-service paid products unless AIVenture expressly makes them available. “Founding Professional” is a promotional Professional price where expressly offered; it is not a separate software edition and is not guaranteed to remain available.
4. Authorized targets and customer responsibilities
ADE Studio may discover, model, test, or automate web applications. You may use those capabilities only on systems, applications, accounts, environments, and data that you own or control, or for which you have clear written authorization from the owner. You are responsible for the scope and legal sufficiency of that authorization.
You must review generated discoveries, models, test plans, scripts, automation, and other output before relying on them or running them in production. Safe Mode, risk controls, warnings, and classifications reduce risk but do not replace your judgment, authorization, security review, or legal obligations. You remain responsible for backups, change controls, credentials, test data, production approvals, and the consequences of actions you authorize.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Website or ADE Studio to:
- violate law, regulation, contractual duties, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or security obligations;
- access, scan, test, scrape, automate, or interfere with a system without authorization;
- bypass access controls, rate limits, licensing, seat restrictions, or technical safeguards;
- introduce malware, destructive code, excessive traffic, denial-of-service activity, or unsafe production actions;
- collect or expose credentials, payment-card data, sensitive personal information, or confidential information without a lawful purpose and appropriate safeguards;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, resell, sublicense, or create a competing service from ADE Studio, except to the limited extent applicable law prohibits such a restriction;
- misrepresent identity, authorization, results, or affiliation; or
- use output as a substitute for professional, security, legal, compliance, or safety review.
We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, systems, third parties, or AIVenture.
6. Plans, prices, seats, and add-ons
Current Pathfinder list pricing may include Professional at $299 per user per month or $2,990 per user per year; Team at $599 per user per month or $5,990 per user per year with a three-seat minimum and sales-assisted enrollment; Additional Automation Target at $99 per user per month; and All-Web at $199 per user per month. A Founding Professional promotional price of $249 per user per month may apply only when expressly offered.
The price, currency, billing interval, quantity, plan, add-ons, discounts, and taxes shown on the applicable order form or Stripe Checkout page at purchase control. We may change future prices or offerings, but a change to an existing subscription takes effect only as disclosed and permitted by law.
7. Payment, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and refunds
Paid subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods matching the selected billing interval until canceled. By purchasing, you authorize Stripe and AIVenture to charge the payment method associated with your account for recurring fees, applicable taxes, and authorized add-ons.
Stripe processes payment-card information. AIVenture does not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes. Stripe’s terms and privacy policy also apply to its processing.
Applicable sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes may be calculated and collected through Stripe based on transaction information, AIVenture’s registrations, and applicable settings. You are responsible for taxes not collected by us, excluding taxes based on AIVenture’s net income. Nothing in these Terms is tax advice.
You may cancel through the available Stripe customer portal or by contacting Support. Unless an order form says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, access continues until that date, and the subscription does not renew. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Except where required by law or expressly stated in an order form or written refund offer, fees already paid are nonrefundable and we do not provide prorated credits for unused time, seats, targets, or add-ons. We may issue a discretionary refund without creating an obligation to do so in other cases. A refund does not automatically delete records that we must retain or resolve separate license, dispute, fraud, or compliance issues.
Failed payments may result in a past-due status and a billing grace period, currently configured as seven days, followed by suspension or expiration if payment is not cured. We may change operational grace periods with reasonable notice.
8. Trials and promotions
If we offer a trial or promotion, the duration, eligibility, limitations, conversion terms, and price shown at enrollment govern. The standard trial configuration may be 14 days, but a trial does not begin or convert into a paid subscription unless the enrollment flow or written offer expressly says so. We may limit or withdraw trials or promotions where permitted by law.
9. Customer data and confidentiality
As between the parties, you retain ownership of applications, accounts, test data, content, materials, and confidential information you provide or authorize ADE Studio to access (“Customer Data”). You grant AIVenture a limited right to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and use Customer Data only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the contracted service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.
Each party must use reasonable care to protect the other party’s nonpublic confidential information and may use it only for the relationship contemplated by these Terms. These duties do not apply to information that is public through no breach, already lawfully known, independently developed, or lawfully received without a confidentiality duty. A party may disclose information when legally required after giving notice where lawful and practicable.
Do not submit production secrets or regulated data unless the applicable plan, documentation, and written agreement expressly support that use. Our processing of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Ownership and feedback
AIVenture and its licensors own the Website, ADE Studio, Pathfinder software, interfaces, designs, documentation, models, methods, trademarks, and all related intellectual-property rights. No rights are granted except those expressly stated.
If you voluntarily provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant AIVenture a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
11. Third-party services
The services may interoperate with Stripe, Cloudflare, browsers, operating systems, websites, or other third-party products. Third-party terms govern those services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party availability, content, security, or changes. You are responsible for obtaining any third-party rights required for your use.
12. Service changes, availability, and support
We may improve, modify, replace, or discontinue features. Unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise, we do not promise a service-level commitment, continuous availability, or that every browser, site, workflow, or application will be successfully discovered or automated. Planned and emergency maintenance, third-party outages, security events, and technical limitations may affect service.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Website at any time and may cancel a paid subscription as described above. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, nonpayment, unauthorized or unsafe use, legal requirements, security risk, or harm to us or others. When reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure.
When access ends, the license ends and you must stop using licensed software and protected materials. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute terms—remain effective.
14. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE, ADE STUDIO, DOCUMENTATION, AND OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” AIVENTURE DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.
DISCOVERY RESULTS, DIGITAL TWINS, GENERATED TESTS, AUTOMATION, CLASSIFICATIONS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS MAY BE INCOMPLETE, INACCURATE, OR UNSUITABLE FOR A PARTICULAR ENVIRONMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT IT WILL IDENTIFY EVERY DEFECT, RISK, ROUTE, OR APPLICATION STATE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of this section may not apply to you.
15. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIVENTURE’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO AIVENTURE FOR THE AFFECTED ADE STUDIO SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY. FOR A FREE SERVICE, THE CAP IS $100.
These limits do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit payment obligations, infringement or misappropriation of the other party’s intellectual property, breach of confidentiality, fraud, willful misconduct, or indemnification obligations to the extent applicable law requires a different treatment.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AIVenture, its affiliates, and their personnel from third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising from your Customer Data; your unauthorized testing, access, automation, or use of a target; your violation of law or third-party rights; or your material breach of these Terms. We will provide reasonable notice and cooperation, and you may control the defense, provided you may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault by or imposes obligations on AIVenture without our written consent.
17. Export and sanctions
You may not use or export the services in violation of United States export-control or sanctions laws. You represent that you are not prohibited from receiving the services under applicable trade restrictions.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any mandatory law, disputes must be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction in North Carolina, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there. Before filing a claim, the parties will attempt in good faith for 30 days to resolve it after written notice, except that either party may seek urgent injunctive relief.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version and update the effective date. For material changes affecting an active paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice through the account, by email, or another appropriate method. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; if you do not agree, you must stop using the service and cancel before the change applies.
20. General terms
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, applicable order forms, and any signed agreement are the entire agreement for their subject matter. An order form or signed agreement controls over these Terms to the extent of a conflict. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control. Electronic notices and signatures satisfy written requirements where permitted by law.
